What is the return/exchange policy for Sale, Black Friday + Cyber ​​Monday?

All items purchased during the sale, Black Friday + Cyber ​​Monday discounted by 40% or more are eligible for exchange only. A handling and label fee of €5 (domestic) or €14 (international) per exchange will be applied during the exchange process.

All products purchased during the sale with a discount of less than 30% follow our standard free returns policy. These products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery or a store credit + exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Which items are for changing only?

All products discounted 30% or more from the original price will be available for Exchange only.

After your first trade on any BFCM order, that trade becomes a Final Sale.

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your order to be processed during this time. The total time to receive your order will be the processing time + the shipping method you choose at checkout. Discount Code

Any custom discount codes or email subscription welcome codes cannot be combined with BFCM discount codes or discounted products.

If you sign up for our emails during the BFCM sale you will receive your personalized welcome code at the end of the sale.

Order Cancellation

All orders during our Black Friday + Cyber ​​Monday sale event cannot be changed or cancelled after the order has been placed due to high demand. We strongly encourage you to review your order before placing it.
