If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, Flavia Valentini offers completely free exchanges and returns within 30 days of the delivery date, for any non-sale item.

Acceptance conditions

Items must be

  • Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
  • Complete with tags, labels and original hygienic protection intact
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear
  • Shoes returned in their dust bag (try on carpet only to protect soles)
  • Jewellery complete in its case with tags — earrings non-returnable for hygiene reasons
  • Securely packaged for transit (customer's responsibility until received)
Non-compliant items

In case of non-compliance (signs of use, missing hygienic protection, odours, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return. Non-accepted items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Sale & Final Sale

Sale items are not eligible for monetary refunds, but you can request a direct exchange or a store credit with no expiry date.

Final Sale items (discount >30%) are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless a manufacturing defect is found within 30 days. For discounts >40% see the BFCM policy →

International returns (EU and non-EU)

The same conditions apply to European and international customers. For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties are the customer's responsibility.

Yes. Both returns and exchanges are completely free within 30 days of delivery (non-sale items). We'll send you a prepaid shipping label.

How do I start the process?+

Email customercare@flaviavalentini.com with your order number, email address and request (exchange, store credit or refund). We'll reply within 24–48 business hours with your prepaid label and instructions.

Can I exchange without placing a new order?+

Absolutely. We handle exchanges directly: we ship your new size or item without you needing to place a new order.

Are some colours or styles available only on the website?+

Yes, some variants, colours and special editions are exclusive to flaviavalentini.com.

When will I receive my refund?+

Within 14 days of us receiving the return, via your original payment method. Credit times may vary depending on your bank.

Can I return a sale item?+

No monetary refund, but you can request a direct exchange or a store credit with no expiry date.

Can I return swimwear?+

Yes, provided it was tried on over underwear and returned with hygienic protection intact, original tags and label attached.

Does store credit expire?+

No. Flavia Valentini store credit has no expiry date and is valid on all items on the site, including new arrivals.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?+

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defect and both labels (outer and inner). We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

What if I miss the 30-day window?+

Please contact us as soon as possible. Late returns may be accepted at our discretion exclusively as store credit.
