Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new purchase, Flavia Valentini accepts returns or exchanges of any item (excluding sale items) within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. (Article 52 of the Consumer Code, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the goods.)
If you return items outside the return period, you will no longer be entitled to a refund and a credit note will be issued instead.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene strips intact. For hygiene reasons, we ask that you wear underwear when trying on swimsuits.

We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements. Please also note that products that do not comply with the return policy will be returned to the customer at their expense, as they cannot be resold.

It is essential for all returns that the customer obtain proof of shipment with a tracking number to ensure a refund. We are not responsible for unreturned products.

EXCHANGES

FREE EXCHANGE BY COURIER:

To create a pleasant shopping experience, Flavia Valentini offers the option of exchanging all non-sale/discounted items within 30 days. To do so, simply return the item (following the instructions).

To initiate the exchange process, send an email to: customercare@flaviavalentini.com

Enter your order number and the email address used for purchase and specify the size or item you wish to exchange.

Once the process is complete, you will receive a shipping label to apply to the package.

*You can return exchanges up to 30 days from the delivery date.

*We offer you the option to exchange items using our free shipping service. We provide each customer with a label per order once an exchange request has been submitted on our portal.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse and we've approved the return, your requested exchange will be processed, or you can choose to receive a credit for the same amount you paid on www.flaviavalentini.com. This credit has no expiration date and is valid for any item.

RETURNS ITALY

The Free Exchange procedure for exchanging an item or requesting a voucher of equal value is completely free.

If you prefer to request a monetary refund , you will be responsible for the return shipping costs .

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, swimwear can only be returned if tried on while wearing underwear and returned in perfect condition , unused, unwashed and complete with the original tag, labels and hygiene protection .

Items on sale or discounted

Flavia Valentini reserves the right to accept returns of items purchased on promotion or at a discounted price only in the form of a purchase voucher , without the possibility of a monetary refund.

Mandatory documentation

The return must be accompanied by :

  • Original order form
  • Return form filled out in its entirety

In the absence of the original order form and/or the correctly completed return form, Flavia Valentini reserves the right to suspend processing of the refund until the complete documentation is received.

Items returned with an incomplete Return Form will not be accepted .

Return acceptance conditions

Returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued if the product has even one of the following conditions:

  • traces of use, washing or wear
  • stains, halos, odors or residues of any nature
  • absence or tampering with hygienic protection
  • deformed cups, padding or internal structure
  • Product returned folded or packaged in a way that does not conform to its original condition

In such cases, Flavia Valentini reserves the right to definitively refuse the return and not proceed with the refund , as provided for by art. 57 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The time it takes for the amount to appear on your credit card may vary depending on local banking procedures.

Customs note

Note: In some areas and countries outside the EU, shipments may be delayed due to customs checks. The delivery times indicated do not take these restrictions into account. Flavia Valentini is not responsible for any delays due to customs duties.

Each country has specific import regulations, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Payment of any import taxes is the customer's responsibility. If the customer refuses to pay the taxes, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender, with the customer responsible for the return shipping costs. Flavia Valentini cannot refund any amounts related to customs duties or import taxes.

LATE RETURNS

If you are unable to return your order within the 14-day period, please contact us at customercare@flaviavalentini.com as soon as possible.

Returns received after the 14-day deadline may only be accepted in the form of a voucher.

The eGift Card can only be used online and is valid for one year from the date of issue.

CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF ITEMS

Items must be returned undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygiene strips intact.

Jewelry must be returned intact in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Please note that earrings are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable, for hygiene reasons.

Sandals must be returned in their dust bag. When trying them on, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

We may refuse to refund your purchase if we receive damaged merchandise. We will return the damaged merchandise to you.

Please ensure the goods are packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping; this is the customer's responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.

E-gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable and therefore cannot be refunded.

Please note that returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service (within 7 days of shipping your order) and send a photo of the item you received with the defect clearly visible and a photo of both labels (external and internal).

RETURNS DENIED

If we find any defects in one or all returned or exchanged items, we reserve the right not to refund or replace the item. We consider defects to include any type of damage, alteration, signs of use, or missing necessary items, or items tried on without underwear (original packaging, tags, labels, sanitary pads, etc.) on all returned or exchanged items.

SALES

*All SALE items cannot be returned for refunds. You can exchange sizes or items, or receive a credit for your purchase, at www.flaviavalentini.com. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact our customer service team.

For items purchased on SALE - FINAL SALE with a discount of more than 40% go to BFCM Return Policy Sales & Returns .

FINAL SALE

All items purchased on sale or at a discount of more than 30% are considered final sale and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of receiving the item.

PROMOTIONS

If you return a discounted order with special discount codes used in the "Discount Code" section on the "Shopping Cart" page, you will be refunded the amount paid; we will not reissue codes for returned orders. All codes are valid for a specific period of time, unless otherwise stated.

GIFT CARD

If you're purchasing a gift for someone else, we strongly recommend purchasing one of our gift cards rather than the item itself. However, if you purchased an item and it doesn't suit that person, you'll be responsible for handling any returns.
