Returns and exchanges:

You can return Flavia Valentini products purchased online, for any reason.

*You can send your return up to 14 days and exchanges up to 30 days, starting from the delivery date.

*Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We offer you the option to return your items through our shipping service. We provide each customer with a return label per order once a return request has been submitted on our portal.

*All SALE items sold at a discount of more than 20% are on final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, an exchange for a store credit or a size change is possible. If you have any questions about size, fit or fabric, please contact our customer service team.

To return the goods and obtain an exchange or refund, the products must be in new condition, with the tags and labels applied, with hygiene labels and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, try on the swimsuit over underwear, we do not accept exchanges of worn or soiled/stained items. We cannot issue a refund if the products are not in the conditions described above. Please also note that products that do not comply with the return policy will be returned to the customer at their expense, as they cannot be put back on sale.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, contact our Customer Service (within a maximum of 7 days of shipping the order) by sending a photo of the item received with the defect clearly visible and a photo of both labels (external and internal).

Once your package arrives at our warehouse and after approving the return, you can choose whether to receive a purchase voucher or request a refund. In the event of a refund, you will be credited with the value of the item or items you returned excluding return management fees (see fee summary below) and any discount codes/coupons used at checkout will be deducted. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
In the event that the return is refused because it is considered unsuitable for reimbursement (see above), you will be notified by email and we will provide you with all the information to recover the goods at your own expense, if you wish.

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will check that the product is intact, unworn and that the items have the tags, packaging or linings that they originally came with. You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been credited after inspection.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
It may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Please note that refund times are dependent on your card issuer and are beyond our control.

Enter your order number and the email address used for purchase. Write us your request whether an item exchange, a store credit or a monetary refund and the reason for the return/exchange.

Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a shipping label to apply to the package.

1) ITALY

The "easy return" procedure for exchanging an item or requesting a voucher of equal value is completely free.

If you prefer to request a monetary refund , a €5 fee will be applied to cover the costs of managing the return.

Please ensure that the products are in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and no refund will be issued.

2) OTHER EEC (European Union) COUNTRIES

For returns from European Union countries, the "easy return" procedure for exchanging an item or requesting a voucher of equal value is completely free. To request a monetary refund, the cost of the return is €15 , entirely at the customer's expense.

Please ensure that the products are in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returns that are sent with charge to the recipient. We reserve the right to refuse returns related to special promotions or discounts.

3) NON-EEC COUNTRIES

For returns from countries outside the European Union, the "easy return" procedure for exchanging an item or requesting a voucher of equal value is completely free. To request a monetary refund, the cost of the return is €25 , including any customs fees, and will be paid by the customer.

Please ensure that the products are in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returns that are sent with charge to the recipient. We reserve the right to refuse returns related to special promotions or discounts.

Note: In some areas and countries outside the EEC, shipments may be delayed due to customs checks. The delivery times indicated do not take into account these possible blocks. Flavia Valentini is not responsible for any delays due to payment of customs duties. Each country has specific regulations regarding imports, so we recommend contacting the local customs office for further information. Payment of any import taxes is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the taxes, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender, with the return costs paid by the customer. Flavia Valentini cannot refund any amount relating to customs duties or import taxes.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by Article 52 of the Consumer Code within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

All exchanges are free in Italy and Europe.

All exchanges are subject to a flat label fee for the United States, Australia, Switzerland.

When will my return be processed?

Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process your return once it has been delivered to our warehouse. You will be notified by email once we have processed your return. If you have requested a refund, please allow 2-10 business days for your credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. During sales and peak beach seasons, return processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I return sale items or items purchased with a discount code?

Which items are refundable?
  • Items within 21 days of arrival date.
  • Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Which items are non-refundable?
  • Items marked with 20% off and up as final sale.
  • Tributes
  • Sale items, including items purchased during flash sales or with a code over 20%.
  • Worn or soiled/stained items.
What is Final Sale and what items are included

All final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange. These products will have the word "SALE" written in red on the product pages and at checkout.

Final sale items include:

Items purchased during Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday or Sale,
Special Sales Events (Some of our sales may have specific final sales terms on the page, please read carefully).

What is just exchange

All products discounted 50% or more are eligible for exchange only. A €5 (domestic) or €14 (international) label fee per exchange will be applied during the exchange process.

What happens if your return is rejected by our returns team?

Any items received that are not in their original condition, in the original packaging, with the inner panty liner and labels attached or that have stains, makeup/dirt stains will be immediately returned to you from our returns warehouse. Due to health reasons we are unable to issue vouchers for these items.

What happens if my order is damaged or missing parts?

If your order contains a defective or missing item, please contact our customer service team to correct the situation within 3 days of marked delivery.

If we receive a return with an item that appears used, worn, or damaged and there has been no prior communication, we will not be able to process a refund or credit for the product. The customer will need to provide us with a shipping label so we can return the item.

Do I need to include the entire product packaging in my return?

Any product missing straps, braces, laces, sleeves, padding or detachable belts or any removed or missing packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which we will deduct from your refund or exchange.
