introduction
Jolie Concierge di Flavia Valentini has drawn up this Code of Ethics, which integrates the framework of rules on which its Corporate Governance system is based, implementing the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001 regarding the application of an organizational model aimed at behaviors listed in the decree thereof.
Ethical behavior and sustainability are at the heart of how the company does business.
There is no sustainable business without trust. And this trust is based above all on our ability to demonstrate our daily commitment to responsible business management.
The policy of Jolie Concierge by Flavia Valentini consists in seeking sustainable business with honesty and integrity, respecting high moral and ethical principles. To ensure full compliance with these principles, reference has been made to it in this Code, which applies to any employee and collaborator who intends to promote among its employees and collaborators in order to create widespread awareness of the values and rules of conduct to which the Company intends to constantly refer during the exercise of its business activity.
This Code of Ethics lists the commitments and responsibilities assumed by the directors and staff in running the company and in managing the relationship with its stakeholders (agents, resellers, employees, customers, suppliers, commercial partners and, furthermore, all those subjects or groups, as well as organizations and institutions representing them, whose interests are influenced by the company's activities). They are principles of conduct to be respected and adopted in carrying out daily work activities; must in no case be interpreted as a repeal or limitation of laws or regulations or collective labor agreements in force, which, however, directors, employees and collaborators are required to know and respect.
Unethical conduct jeopardizes the image of the Company, encouraging hostile attitudes towards it and endangering the trust of stakeholders. Conduct that violates any principle listed in this Code and any attitude aimed at usurping benefits by exploiting any dominant position shall be considered unethical.
