PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the production order received and in the order they were placed.
These items will be shipped via Premium Express as soon as the pre-order items are ready to ship.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be processed within the next 1-2 business days from the day the order was placed, unless the order contains stock discrepancies. Therefore, the delivery date will be the processing time. For orders placed after 1pm CET, the processing time will start on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until Monday.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details upon shipment. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.
Is it possible to change the address after confirming the order?
Our customer service team will do their best to honor any address changes once you place your order, but we cannot guarantee any changes. Once you place your order, our team will immediately begin preparing your order for shipping. We appreciate your understanding.
My package is taking longer than expected to be delivered, what should I do?
Delays outside of Flavia Valentini's control rarely occur and we are not responsible for them. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number first. If you still require assistance, please contact our customer service team.
Where is my order? I haven't received it yet?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.
For all orders, please allow 1-8 business days from the shipping date for your package to arrive.
Business days do not include weekends or national holidays and delivery times exclude delays caused during international customs processing.
Duties and taxes:
EU ONLY:
Parcels are shipped from within the EU (Italy), which means that no customs duties are applied.
International/Non-EU (including UK):
Customs duties and/or VAT apply to international orders at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. FLAVIA VALENTINI is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipping. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations as payment of such duties may be necessary to release your order.
If a package is refused upon arrival, what will be the procedure?
In the event that the parcel is not collected or is rejected/refused by the recipient for any reason, DHL or the relevant carrier will return the parcel to FLAVIA VALENTINI. As a result, a fee of €10-30 will be deducted from your voucher to cover the return shipment due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable. In addition, any parcel returned to the sender due to an incorrect address will incur a fee (€10 EU, €30 non-EU).
My package is lost, what should I do?
Please contact the carrier with your tracking number first. If you still need assistance, please contact our customer support team.
How can I use a promo code or store credit code?
Enter the store credit or promo code at checkout in the top right corner of the box marked "Gift Card or Discount Code" and press "apply". This will subtract the store amount from your order total or apply the discount to your order.
