PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders will be processed in the production order received and in the order in which they were placed.

These items will be shipped via Premium Express as soon as your pre-ordered items are ready to ship.

RETURNS

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or replace the product with another, similar or not.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please note that swimsuits must be tried on over your own clothing.
You can return products by post using the pre-paid return label included with your order and following the return instructions provided on your digital invoice.
Return shipping and redelivery costs are borne by the customer.
